I've heard the CHI's are the best, but also that they die out easily.
I need professional opinions...What's a good hair straightener?
i have this ceramic one and many others but the ceramic one seems to work w/ me the best. it usually depends on the type of hair u have not just the straightenerWhat's a good hair straightener?
The best straightener i have ever used and trust me i have used alot and my hair is very unruly, is the remington wet2straight. You can use it on wet or dry hair and it works great it takes me 45 minutes with dry hair ( my hair is long very thick and kinky) and an hour for wet hair. You can buy this straighetner at walmart for 19-25 dollars depends on if you want a wide or narrow straightener.
i use a 2 inch from walmart to do the ends, and a 1 inch Ceramics from sallys for styling and near the roots. Chi is the best, they have new ones called Chi nanos that are amazing. another great brand is Phi, but theyre harder to find. i had a Wigo for years until it broke, and its a great alternative if you arent interested in putting out big bucks.
always keep your box and the papers that come with it, most places have a 2 year warranty that they keep on the hush.
My straightener is called Professional by Remington. It costs $20.00 and you can get it at Walmart. It heats up to 430 degrees, warms up in 30sec., has digital precise temp. control, auto shut-off, and a 4year warranty. It is also used by professional hair stylist Richard Marin.
I have had a Chi straightener for 3 years %26amp; it works as good as it did the day I bought it. Invest in a good quality ceramic straightener from a name brand. The cheap metal ones at the drugstore fry your hair %26amp; they break easily.
Remington wet to dry is a good straightener. I do not know what race you are a Gold N Hot may be too strong as it is meant for black people but their ceramic is the best one. Gold N Hot does not make a good wet to dry though.
bed heads straighteners are really good, its makes your hair soft and shiney and ive had mune for about 3yrs and it hasnt died out yet ive used it everyday and my hair doesnt look damaged either. im in lovee with it :]
I'm not a professional but I have a babyliss PRO and I really like it. It was $90-100 I know 3 other people that have them and they really like them, and they last!
Conair straightener works really well.
chi turbos..
the red velvety ones
im not professional but chi's are good.
i have a solia. they good too :]
anyone that doesn't use metal to heat it up. Your hair will fry otherwise. trust me, I'm an expert at that one.
get one with a warrany cuz then it will last long
Sedu Straighteners are the best! Look them up.
i love my chi turbo!
