Would this be a good hair straightener?

which one is better? or any other recommendations under like 20 bucks. also my hair is really thick, but pretty short, (not too short though) and its has one or two waves in it.

id get the second on because ive had a wet and dry one and learned i pulls hair easier than the regular tourmaline plate ones...and from what ive heard andis is a pretty good brand so you chose two good hair straighteners...hope i helped! :)
