A good hair straightener?

I am looking for a pretty good quality straightening iron that will work well on thick hair. I won't be using it very often, so it would be nice if it wasn't too expensive... for example, something I could find at a drugstore. It would also be great if I could use it while my hair was still damp. Can anyone help?A good hair straightener?
The CHI.

Yes, it's a bit pricey. But the actual straightner is alot sturdier and will last longer.

You can get cheaper wet/dry straightners but they don'

t work well. Or, if they work well at first, the second you walk out of your door it'll poof up, frizz, and wave or curl. The pricey straightner Will keep it straight ALL day ! Trust me I own one.

There is also another straightner I recommend. It's cheap and works very good for girlls with thick, poofy, wavy/curly hair.

For the CHI you can get the original at rite aid ; Heres the link: http://www.riteaidonlinestore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=147214%26amp;catid=29113%26amp;trx=GFI-0-PLP%26amp;trxp1=29113%26amp;trxp2=147214%26amp;trxp3=1%26amp;trxp4=1%26amp;btrx=BUY-GFI-0-PLP

and for the cheaper one, you can also get at rite aid: http://www.riteaidonlinestore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=148715%26amp;catid=29113%26amp;trx=PLST-0-CAT%26amp;trxp1=29113%26amp;trxp2=148715%26amp;trxp3=1%26amp;trxp4=0%26amp;btrx=BUY-PLST-0-CAT

Remington: Remington Professional Hair Straightener at Walmart works just as good as a CHI or something expensive. And it lasts!
