What is a good hair straightener?

i have hair a few inches past my shoulders, its not too thick and not too thin. my hair iron broke (and i only bought it a few months ago) and i need to buy a new one, unfortunately i am low on cash so any affordable suggestions would be great.What is a good hair straightener?

Make sure you look for one that is not only ceramic, but ionic. With or without Tourmeline.
