Is the Maxi-Glide a good hair straightener?

also, i heard that you can buy it at Linens and Things.. is this true.. i might get it but i don't want to order it off the internet or anything





and... do the little spokes in it that comb your hair while you straighten really make a difference?Is the Maxi-Glide a good hair straightener?
Not in my opinion. When your hair is wet, it is very fragile. Maxiglide claims that it straightens your hair while it dries it. That is not healthy at all. Maxiglide pulls the hair and damages it. Try to use Chi or Sedu. You have to blow dry your hair first and then use Chi or Sedu. This way your hair will stay healthy.Is the Maxi-Glide a good hair straightener?
