Your going to need a heat spray, and straighten your hair every other day! and only shampoo every other day too, that way the natural oils in your hair prevent your hair from breaking and causing split ends.



The FHI Hot Sauce, CHI Silk Infusion, or the BEYOND THE ZONE heat sprays are great options. If your on a budget, the beyond the zone can be found for 6 dollars at sallys, and it works wonderfully.





As for the iron itself, it depedns on the texture of your hair. I'd suggest checking out a Solia, or a Sedu. They're both really effective, are high quality, have solid cermaic plates to prevent split ends, and they keep even, high heat to prevent your hair from over drying, and they can be found via folica.com

Chi's are decent irons, but they also malfunction pretty often.

Straightening your hair every day will give cause heat damage to hair. However, the best straightener is CHI. Try to lower the temperature as much as possible. You only need to run it once through your hair.
Turn the temp down and don't straighten it as much.

Your hair will never get longer.
