I have extremely thick hair, and a little curly/frizzy. I recently cut six inches off my hair in July, so my hair should be easier to straighten now that it's short, but what's a really good reliable straightener for below $100? I'm planning on growing my hair really long again also. I've been using a Curlmaster Ceramics one for almost 2years now and it worked good and all but it's starting not to work right so I want a new, better one. Any suggestions?Good hair straighteners?

just bought the GVP, it goes up to like 410 F or C i think, and 410 is WAYYY more than enough to straighten your hair and style it, infact its too much. you can easily adjust it too =] its 60 bucks and i think the best straightner
personally i like the wet to straight and its cheap too. :) just my opinion.
the good straightener is over 200$! I got that one but if you have really thick hair i don't think it will be a good idea u can also curl the hair so it will be pretty whatever you want
I use the Wigo wet/dry flat iron. It works really well. My hair is curly and thick and it straightens it amazingly. Even some of my friends [ our hair types are all different] love it. It heats up real quick and the quality is great. I've had mine for 3 years and it still works as good as it did the day i bought it.. PLUS it beats spend over 100$$.
Any straightener from Chi is good, they heat up fast and last a while.
