My hair takes a long time to straighten and some hair straighteners dont do a good job. Are there any out there that work good?I need a good hair straightener.... any suggestions?
I've tried a lot of straightners the best one I found is the maxiglide. It is sold online thru there web site and thru infomericals. They are not real expenssive about $80.00 better than paying $120 or more for a CHi. Plus you can regulate the heat on the maxiglide. The maxiglide has little teeth on the plate to straighten every hair strand not like regular flat irons. Hope this helps. I actually use the maxiglide in my salon.!!!!I need a good hair straightener.... any suggestions?
CHI. nothing elsee.
i have a biosilk one and it works amazing! and it takes me like half the time! its greattt
I have tried several straightners and they don't last long I find best results with a flatiron.

Are you talking about an electric straightener like a ceramic straightener or a permanent straightener?
Permanent- Rusk anti curl
Electric-CHI
Remington is good...i have one....it works really good
I got my Solia a few years back, it worked great for my hair (and my sister's hair too). Last August my sister went to a college in california, she took the Solia with her. Initially I wanted another Solia, but Jonna (my hair stylist) convinced me to get a Sedu. I did. Like Jonna said, Sedu is the best.
Now they have 2008 model (Sedu Revolution) , i can't wait to try it!
chi is a really good brand. it doesnt pull your hair out like most cheap ones do.
chi is probably the best- but it is also expensive..
try and get a ceramic one- it won't damage your hair as much as other types.
i have one that has a little comb attached to it- so it helps make it smooth...
Ghd are the best ive used! Expensive though
It's good to wash your hair beforehand and make sure it's thoroughly dry. Put some heat protection in your hair so you don't damage it. Get a ceramic plated flat iron. They work the best for me.
(You can get a good hair heat protecter by going to the store and looking for Got2b. They work very well and smell nice.)
I LOVE my Conair, it is red and black, has a wave so you can have your ends curl in, flip out, or you can just keep them straight.
I just bought a new Conair Infinity Nano Ceramic straightener. The thing is amazing, it straightens my waist length wavy hair in no more than 15 minutes, and it stays completely flat until i wash it again. It even works really well when my hair's wet, not that I do that often!
Chi Iron. It can be very costly though. $200. maybe!
GHD's! (its in the name good hair day!)
