What's a really good hair straightener?

Looking to buy a straightener for a reasonable price, that works really well. I have thick, long hair that takes a long time to straighten. What is a good one to buy, whats the cost, and where could I find it? Thanks so much! What's a really good hair straightener?
I use one from the 'hair tools' brand, which is quite slim, and not too heavy. It has ceramic coated irons, and has 4 heat settings. They were recommended by my hairdresser.

You can find them online, but also on ebay, and amazon. See the link below for info.

GHD's are good, but are very expensive and in my experience, dont last as long as the ones mentioned above. What's a really good hair straightener?
my best friend has really long and thick hair and i went with her to sally's beuty supply and she bought this flat iron snd she loves it and says it works really well: http://www.sallybeauty.com/gvp-flat-iron/a>
Paul Mitchell and Chi sell great flat irons, but will cost you around $150.00... If you are looking for a cheaper alternative, Sally Beauty Supply sells G.V.P. which is a Generic Chi Flat Iron for around $65.00. They work great... Good Luck.
CHI. They aren't cheap, but worth it. You can get them pretty much everywhere.
