What is a good hair straightener?

I have wavy, somewhat thick hair. I was wondering what would be a good straightener that would not make my hair frizzy or staticy. It would be convenient if the hair straightener was in common stores such as walmart or target.What is a good hair straightener?

i suggest the conair infiniti straighteners.

i have the thick one and it works pretty well.

to keep your hair from getting staticy you can find products that seal in the moisture in your hair.
CHI has to be on e of the best out there, i love it! its pricy but a good investment. if your looking for something more inexpensive theres a white revlon one at wal-mart for like $20. but i'll admit it does damage your hair. look for ceramic ones they damage your hair less. also try using shiner (clear stuff that makes your hair shine) good luck =)

Conair inifinty straightener. Its white and has pretty wide plates, good for thick hair :)
