i think ALL Nicky clark straighteners are great, that's what i've always used and i've never had a problem!!! mine are ceramic and ionic. always a thumbs up. i don't remember what they r called but they stand out as the are red and black. they look great and are great all for about $30 or something.
I have naturally curling hair and I dye it. If you want really good results, go to a salon. It's worth every penny, around $200. My hair now looks like it's always been straight, great condition, very easy to maintain. I tried home products and you can really damage your hair. Good luck!!

I have a tourmaline and i dont think it costs more then 50$ it was probably around 30-40 dollars and it works great on wavy haiir
I have triend Phyto-Specific but it's expensive $65 but it is an natural/plant relaxer. I also love Alter Ego-they have a great product line
