Please suggest some good hair straighteners?

are there ones that you can use without putting any spray or gel or serum in your hair before or after straightening but still stays straight and non-frizzy all day??Please suggest some good hair straighteners?
the sedu hair straightener is GREAT. And it is only $100 or $125 for a bigger one. I have really frizzy curly hair and after using it, I have flat shiny hair that stays that way all day.

You do not need to pay $300 for straight hair!

GHD.

Won't go wrong.

Roughly $300 for a decent GHD though..
G H D!!

Best ever, I have a ghd, beats all my friends straighteners by far!

=DD heha.

And sorry but its best to protect your hair by using straightening/heat protecting serums, you don't have to lather your hair in the stuff but a light all over spray, even tho its not the best, will be far better for you then going without.

heyy,

i have had a GHD for about 4 months now and you cant go wrong. i absolutly love it. my hair is naturally curly, and i mean wringlet curly, like in the cartoons, the pigs tails. yehp that curly! and my hair comes out dead straight. i also use products in it. i use the pantene de-frizz solution to stop frizzyness. and i use the pps syrum for teh ends of your hair, so you dont damage your hair leaving you with split ends. i love all my products and my hair turns out dead straight. no joke. but remember to save because GHD's are about $300.

hope this helps

Yeah, i love the wet to straight one, i use it all the time... You don't have to let your hair dry or blow dry it first, just use it straight away after you shower, and i find my hair (which is usually frizzy, weather permitting) stays straight all day, and non frizzy for about three days! Its awesome!

With any hair straightener, you will need to use a heat preventative spray to stop your hair getting dry and damaged from the use of the heating of the strands... Other than that, i don't use any other serums or anti frizz, and i find this works really well, and is minimum effort!

I've been through MANY different straighteners, good and bad, cheap and expensive. Here's a list of good straighteners at different prices (depending on how much you're willing to pay):

Sedu- $100 (usually $125): http://www.folica.com/Sedu_Ionic_Cera_r1/a>

HairArt- $80: http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a/a>

Conair- $46: http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a/a>

It also depends on how often you'll use it. If you're going to use it every day, get the Sedu or HairArt. All of them work about the same (Conair is'nt as good (just how long it lasts), but it still works amazingly).

All of these straighteners do hardly any damage, but you should still take care of your hair. Getting it trimmed every 6-8 weeks helps get rid of split ends and prevent them from moving up the hair shaft. Eating healthy and exercising helps keep hair healthy.

You won't need anything to keep it straight if you use any of these straighteners, but before you straighten it, you should use a heat protectant to prevent damge. I love TRESemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Protective Spray (you just have to lightly spray it) and it's a very good price (usually about $4 or $5). When I use this spray, I don't need to use anything else but I sometimes like to use a serum for extra shine (Garnier Fructis Serum).

Using a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner will help it from being damaged. Dove is my favorite, the Sheer Moisture shampoo and conditioner. You might find that you have build up in your hair if you use alot of products, so you should use a clarifying shampoo once a week (or every other week) along with a deep conditioner.

Enjoy your straight hair! =)
I ;like curly hair. Keep it frizzy.
GHD...duh!

the best damn hair straightener out there!
I use Porcelain Series

I got it from sally beauty supply

its an $80 straightener but I got it on sale for $40

Sally beauty supply is awesome for anything cosmetic

ask the workers there and they should he able to help you find a good straightener in your price range.
we have one of those wet to straight ones it it's pretty good but it's kinda cheap and i could use a new one but it works pretty good for the price( $35 or $40 i don't remember) it's kinda nice b/c you can straighten it right after you get out of the shower
